A version of this document with an effective date of 16 September 2026 was published, and at least one acceptance was recorded against it. Its text was not kept, and we cannot show it to you.

It was replaced two days later by the version effective 18 September 2026, which is the earliest version we still hold: read the 18 September 2026 version.
